• Revised scope for clarity and to harmonise with ICCR style.

• Renamed ‘Pre-procedure serum tumour markers’ to ‘Serum tumour markers’.
• Added a new element ‘Size of largest lymph node’.
• Updated the ‘Pathological staging’ element to UICC TNM8 staging.
