ICCR welcomes the Italian Society of Pathological Anatomy and Cytology (SIAPEC) as a new sustaining member of the ICCR.

Professor Anna Sapino is joining the Board of Directors and Dr Gabriella Nesi the Dataset Steering Committee.

SIAPEC promotes the advancement of knowledge and the development of diagnostic technologies in the field of anatomy and pathological histology and diagnostic cytology, through the development of guidelines and scientific and professional education. It promotes the regional and national coordination and development of operational units of histology and cytopathology across Italy.

The contribution and input from SIAPEC is warmly welcomed.
